Naqa patata €15.50
Alito combined with our Argentinians in the kitchen came up with a super flavour profile.
Potato’s , not too much, fior di latte mozzerella and some awesome porchetta. This is finished off with some authentic homemade Argentinian chimmichurri!

The latest on our menu!
This pizza begins with an infusion that we make with Thyme, Majoram, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. The aromatics of this really hit when the pizza bakes at 400 degrees! We continue with fresh mushrooms and fior di latte mozzerella. A hint of spice from the Nduja* and to top it all off with broiled leek. This pizza is in bianco.

Pizza Chili Crunch.
A spicy pizza that brings heat but not fire. (Depends on your heat tolerance)
What’s inside?
A light tomato base boosted with garlic & Shichimi Togarashi (Japanese Chili powder). We then add crispy guanciale*, fior di latte Mozzerella, artichoke hearts & black sesame.
This is then garnished with our house made Chili crunch** for the final 🔥.
*Guanciale is pork. **Chili crunch contains nuts.

Salsiccia e Friarielli €14.50
A Neapolitan classic. We use smoked Fior di late mozzerella. Friarielli and Italian Sausage*, topped with micro planed grana after the oven.

Pizza in Bianco with smoked for di latte cheese, anchovies, Kalamata olives, green olives, caper berries and finished with thin lemon slices (for that extra tartness)
Rucola Returns €14.00
Pizza Rucola returns (to haunt Max).
Smoked fior di latte mozzarella, basil pistachio pesto dollops, sundried tomatoes. After the oven we add fresh rucola and shavings of parmesan. A special vegetarian, light and tasty.

We start off with our signature Salumeria sourdough. Once the dough had been hand tossed we add some diced garlic and extra virgin olive oil. The pizza is in bianco, so then we lay smoked scamorza. After that it’s time for maltese sausage*, sundried tomatoes and our own self made olive tapenade. Just before the pizza goes into the oven we add some “oregano” 🙃 and boom!!!

Pistachio Pesto Burrata €16.50
Our San Marzano DOP* tomato sauce double serving, burrata di bufola, finished with Parma ham crudo and a home made pistachio basil pesto. One of our absolute best sellers.
Pro tip: ask for the off menu version with mortadella!

Pizza Carbonara €16.50
It’s been a long time coming, but it’s finally arrived. Imagine a pasta carbonara, but instead on a pizza.
In bianco, garlic, Salerno fior di latte, guanciale. Finished off with our specially developed flavour of carbonara, topped off with DOP* pecorino Romano shavings and a finely grated cured egg yolk.
